- TheHerbalCup pine oil with a warm aroma and a slight antiseptic ability, pine oil is especially suitable when used for facial steaming or relaxing massages. The scent of pine helps to refresh and activate the senses while promoting the circulation of blood so that the skin is soft and smooth.
User manual
- Topical application: Mix 1 - 3 drops of essential oil with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (can use Olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil) mix well and apply on the skin to be treated. Note with oily skin, should clean oily skin before and after use
- Mix with cream: The mixing ratio can be from 5 to 10% depending on the purpose of use. For cases of dermatitis should consult a doctor before use
- Face Wash: Prepare a bowl of boiling water (or facial cleaner), add 1-3 drops of essential oil and then steam for 15 to 30 minutes. Doing this 1-2 times a week will help clear the impurities in the pores, help reduce acne and tighten pores. After the facial, you can use a solution of 1% to 2% essential oils to clean the skin. This effect combined with the massage will help tone and firm the skin.
- Massage face: Prepare a spoon of Olive oil or virgin coconut oil, mix 5-7 drops of essential oils, mix well, then use this mixture to massage your face. The essential oil helps to relax and increase skin's resistance against bacterial infections
- Burn essential oils: Put a few drops of essential oil into an incense burner (an electric light or a candle light) to give the room a natural aroma and cure a number of respiratory diseases, helping to deodorize and purify the air.
