• Sauna: Pour boiling water into a large bowl, add a few drops of essential oil (about 3-4 drops) and then close the face into the water bowl for 15-20cm for 8-10 minutes (for oily skin) and about 3 -5 minutes (for dry skin), breathe evenly. You should wear a towel over your head to better heat the heat mixed with the oil on your face. Finally, remove the towel and rub your face thoroughly with your hands to allow blood circulation to tighten your face. Once the water has cooled, you can use it immediately to wash your face without using a cleanser.
